By inviting Wolfsint to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the bot and remove it from your server. Continued use constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
2. Discord Terms of Service Compliance
Wolfsint operates in full compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. All users of Wolfsint are required to also comply with Discord's Terms of Service, which can be found at discord.com/terms. Any use of Wolfsint that violates Discord's Terms of Service is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal of the bot and reporting to Discord.
3. Permitted Use
Wolfsint is intended solely for lawful, ethical OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) research and information gathering using publicly available data. You may use Wolfsint to look up publicly available information for legitimate purposes such as research, security, or personal verification. You must not use Wolfsint to harass, stalk, threaten, or harm any individual. You must not use Wolfsint to gather information about minors. You must not use any data obtained through Wolfsint for illegal purposes.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Wolfsint: using the bot to conduct targeted harassment campaigns; doxxing or distributing private information without consent; using the bot for any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law; attempting to abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer the bot; using the bot to collect data for spam, phishing, or social engineering attacks.
5. Data & Privacy
Wolfsint only queries publicly available information from open sources. We do not store personal search queries beyond what is necessary for the bot to function. We do not sell, share, or distribute any user data to third parties. By using Wolfsint, you acknowledge that the information returned by the bot originates from public sources and Wolfsint is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of said data.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
Wolfsint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Wolfsint team is not responsible for how users choose to use the information provided by the bot. We are not liable for any damages, legal consequences, or harm arising from misuse of Wolfsint or reliance on the information it provides. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure their use of the bot is legal and ethical in their jurisdiction.
7. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Wolfsint, in accordance with Discord's minimum age requirement. By using Wolfsint, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
8. Modifications to Terms
Wolfsint reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage users to review these terms periodically.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to deny access to Wolfsint to any user or server at any time, without notice, if we believe these terms are being violated. Violation of Discord's Terms of Service may result in reporting to Discord directly.
